Welcome to DumpMee (the “Service”). By using our trash can rolling service and accessing our website at https://dumpmee.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and reside within the Tampa, Florida area to use DumpMee. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Our Service DumpMee provides a monthly trash can rolling service. We will roll your trash cans to the curb on designated pickup days and return them after pickup, based on your local trash schedule. Service is available to standard residential properties.
User Responsibilities You agree to:
Provide instructions for accessing your trash cans if they are behind locked gates or inside garages (e.g., gate codes, garage access instructions).
Notify us in advance of any schedule changes, holidays, or missed service.
Ensure your property is reasonably safe for our workers (e.g., no aggressive pets, clear walkways).
We reserve the right to cancel service for unsafe conditions or repeated missed pickups due to inaccessibility or lack of instructions.
Pricing and Payment The cost of the Service is $6.99/month, billed automatically.
We also offer an additional Roll-Out/Roll-In subscription bringing the total to $12.99/month. This subscription includes rolling your trash cans both out for pickup and back in afterward. With this subscription, your trash cans can remain behind locked gates or inside garages, as long as you provide the necessary access instructions to allow us to retrieve and return your bins.
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments securely.
Failure to complete payment may result in paused or canceled service.
Cancellations and Refunds You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Partial month refunds are not guaranteed. Please contact us at [email protected] or 813-600-8185 for assistance.
Limitation of Liability DumpMee is not responsible for:
Missed trash pickups due to inaccessibility, holidays, or municipal delays.
Damage to trash cans or personal property, unless caused by gross negligence.
Service interruptions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
